  • 2 cups Fresh watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
  • 7 oz Sparkling mineral water, chilled
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh mint leaves

  • High-Speed Blender: To get the watermelon as smooth as possible.
  • Fine-Mesh Sieve: (Optional) For those who prefer a clear, pulp-free juice.
  • Tall Highball Glasses: To show off that beautiful pink-to-clear gradient.
  • Long Stirring Spoon: To gently mix the ingredients without losing the carbonation.

Method

  1. Place the diced watermelon pieces into a blender. Pulse until you have a completely smooth puree.

  2. Pour in the fresh lemon juice, sugar, and the chilled sparkling mineral water. Give it a quick pulse or a gentle stir to combine.
