Whisk together the milk, starch, cocoa, and sugar in a saucepan while cold.
Place the pan over medium heat and stir constantly as the mixture warms.
Just before the liquid reaches a boil, add the chopped chocolate pieces.
Continue stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and the drink begins to bubble.
Remove from heat and pour into mugs. Serve immediately at
70-75°C (158-167°F)
